HARIO Australia accepts online orders via the HARIO Australia website.
Dispatch & Delivery Times:
HARIO Australia aims to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. For orders shipping to Australian addresses, please allow 2-5 business days for it to arrive (see below). During periods of high demand, delivery delays may occur. We accept no liability in the event of delayed delivery.
Our shipping rates are as follows: Australia Post based rates

Shipping costs and options are set out on our website when you select “Shipping” when you check out.
On checkout, you have the option of selecting –
- Parcel post
- Express post
*All orders are sent with tracking for peace of mind
Please Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers.
Standard Delivery Times:
Australian metro area – express: 1 to 3 business days from dispatch depending on location
Australian metro area – standard: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch depending on location
International post options have tracking, however certain countries do not track parcels once in their postal system. HARIO Australia does not accept any liability for delivery that cannot be tracked in such countries.
International standard: 8 to 12 days
International express: 4 to 8 days
Cancellation of an order that has been paid can only be made with immediate notification after the order has been placed. A full refund will be offered in this case. A cancellation will not occur if the order has already been shipped.
Returns and Refunds:
You can shop with confidence at HARIO Australia as you are welcome to return or exchange anything you purchase from harioaustralia.com.au within 30 days of purchase. If an item is faulty, a full refund will be offered, including postage costs.
For change of mind returns, your product needs to be in perfect, brand new condition in its original packaging.
Sale items can only be returned if the item is faulty. We will not accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non-saleable products unless they arrived to you damaged or faulty. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind return and exchange.

If there is any problem with the items supplied in the order- for example, any components missing, then please contact us, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
Return to sender:
Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
