Here you will find answers to questions frequently asked by customers.

Orders

A. Please wash before use. All parts of the coffee grinders can be disassembled and washed, apart from wooden products and those made with iron burr. Be careful when washing because there are many small parts that could be easily lost. Parts such as wooden parts or iron burr cannot be washed. They can be cleaned by wiping with a dry cloth, or with a brush.

A. Heatproof glass is strong against heat. But it is not tempered/toughened glass. It is as strong as usual glass against impact. Please handle it very carefully. For more details, please refer to
“Glass Types”.

A. Yes, all HARIO products are BPA free.

A. Soak the burned food in water. Heat it, and stop heating when the water starts to boil. Drain the water in the post and rub the burned food with a wet melamine sponge. Repeat the process 1 to 3 times until you can remove all the burned food.

A. If there’s any problem with the items supplied in the order – for example, any components missing, then please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

A. HARIO Australia accepts online orders via the HARIO Australia website.

Delivery

A. During checkout, you will have two shipping options available, Parcel post and Express Post. Shipping price will vary depending on weight.

A. All orders shipped from HARIO are sent with tracking for peace of mind.

A. HARIO does deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers.

A. HARIO Australia aims to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. For orders shipping to Australian addesses, please allow 2-5 business days for it to arrive. During periods of high demand, delivery delays may occur. We accept no liability in the event of delayed delivery.

Returns

A. Cancellation of an order that has been paid can only be made with immediate notification after the order has been placed. A full refund will be offered in this case. A cancellation will not occur if the order has already been shipped.

A. You can shop with confidence at HARIO Australia as you are welcome to return or exchange anything you purchase from harioaustralia.com.au within 30 days of purchase. If an item is faulty, a full refund will be offered, including postage costs.

For change of mind returns, your product needs to be in perfect, brand new condition in its original packaging.

Sale items can only be returned if the item is faulty. We will not accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non-sealable products unless they arrived to you damaged or faulty. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind return and exchange.

A. Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
