You’ll need:
- 1.5 g matcha (about 1–2 chashaku scoops)
- 70 ml hot water (around 80°C)
- Optional: 10 ml cold water
Method:
- Warm your bowl with hot water and soften the chasen.
- Discard the water.
- Sift the matcha into the bowl.
- Add a small amount of cold water and mix into a smooth paste.
- Pour in hot water.
- Whisk in a quick W motion until light and frothy.

Recipe 02: Cinnamon Matcha Latte

You’ll need:
