Shipping policy
Dispatch & Delivery Times:
HARIO Australia dispatches orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Dispatch days are Tuesday and Friday each week, and the cutoff for same-day processing is 12:00 pm (noon) the day before dispatch. Please note that dispatch times may vary during public holidays or holiday periods, so we recommend placing your order well in advance if you require your items urgently.
For deliveries within Australia, please allow 2–5 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive. During periods of high demand, delivery delays may occur. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from delayed delivery.

Return to sender:
Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection.
