Dispatch & Delivery Times:
HARIO Australia dispatches orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation; however, dispatch days are Tuesday and Friday each week. For deliveries within Australia, please allow 2–5 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive. During periods of high demand, delivery delays may occur. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from delayed delivery.

Return to sender:
Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.
