By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

3. Some information provided to us by clients, customers, contractors and other third parties might be considered private or personal. Without these details we would not be able to carry on our business and provide our services to you. We will only collect such personal information if it is necessary for one of our functions or activities. The kinds of personal information that Hario Australia collects includes:

Hario Australia encourages users to be aware when they leave the site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.

12. Hario Australia places a great importance on the security of all information associated with our customers, clients and contractors. We have security measures in place to attempt to reasonably protect personal information under our control from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. All personal information collected is kept securely, and that which is held electronically is held on secure servers in controlled facilities.
13. Personal information is de-identified or destroyed securely when no longer required by us.

As a result, while we strive to protect users' personal information, Hario Australia Australia cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to it or from its online products or services, and users do so at their own risk. Once Hario Australia receives your transmission, it makes every reasonable effort to ensure its security on our systems.

III. Returns Policy
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Hario Australia will gladly accept all unused or defective merchandise for return. All unused merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
*Important Note: All Custom Work is NOT eligible for return. All sales are final on this merchandise. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
There will be no returns on special order items.
Hario Australia accepts returns up to 30 days from the time it was purchased.
- Call our Customer Support team and request the required Returned Merchandise Authority (RMA) # for your return. Call us at 1300 724 249.
- Pack your merchandise securely in the original packaging and adhere your return shipping label and your RMA # to the outside of the package. Please ensure no other shipping labels are visible. Then ship the package back to us.
You can send merchandise back to us at the address below using your own shipping method. You are responsible for all tracking information and insurance Hario Australia is not liable for return shipments that don't include our return shipping label. RMA # is still required if you use your own shipping method. All other policies apply.
